Exchange Eligibility
Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized outfits, sale items, jewellery, and accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with unboxing images/videos.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after quality inspection approval.
